The striper bite has been pretty good for a while now. The regular summer patterns are in full swing and producing some nice limits. I've seen fish as shallow as 15 ft early and I've seen some as deep as 60 ft later In the day, you really have to cover the water column and keep moving right now. Down rods have really been working well if you can find smaller groups of fish that aren't moving as fast and as far as the larger schools. Bait has been very spotty for me. One day you'll catch em at 15 feet and do great next morning their at 40 ft and harder to catch. Alot of fish from the east end of the lake are starting to make their move west.
Good luck and good fishing to everyone, Jared
